Polaris Alpha Trade Show Exhibit and Program

For this very high-profile and complex project, I was tasked with not only creating, organizing, implementing and overseeing the fabrication of the entire Polaris Alpha exhibit, but also creating the physical vision of the Polaris Alpha brand. Along with my design and branding responsibilities, I also co-managed the company’s first-year trade show program. From the initial leadership concept presentation to complete booth fabrication was a 12-week window. From start to finish, the project stayed on schedule and on budget.

The completed project shattered all expectations inside and outside of Polaris Alpha. As a result, I was asked to give personal tours/booth presentations to all senior company leadership, the company’s Board of Advisors and members of Arlington Capital Partners, the venture capital group responsible for the initial formation and sale of Polaris Alpha.

All display equipment feature integrated LED kickplate lighting. This highly technical glow gives the booth an ambiance that is very unique on the exhibit hall floor. Controlled via remote control, the lighting temperature can be changed to any hue within a range of 16.7 million different colors.

The kiosk design performs well for a personal 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 demo situation.
